Hurricane Katrina and Rita caused a great deal of damage to the New Orleans area. Progressive Insurance suffered the loss of a large office space. An immediate response team mobilized to singularly handle the clean-up, permitting, abatement, and renovations.

All projects required "hands-on" daily attention to. A national contractor was used as the primary contractor. Sub contractors were identified locally - all scopes and fees were negotiated on a per task basis. The work included air quality tests and laboratory tests to certify the space prior to construction. The project was opened on time and on budget.
